Honor is another compelling participant in the field of fitness tracking, and its Honor bracelet tracker has been around for several years. The company launched the new Honor Band 6 in the global market earlier this year, and the tracker is now also available in India.
Honor Band 6 is sold through Flipkart for 3,999 rupees (approximately US$55). It is unclear whether this is a promotional price because the list has a price tag of 5,999 rupees (approximately US$82).
Nevertheless, if you buy, you will get a 1.47-inch OLED touch screen fitness bracelet, a side button, 5ATM waterproof, and up to 14 days of battery life. According to Honor, the bracelet has a fast charging function, and a 10-minute charge is enough for 3 days of use.
In terms of actual health and fitness functions, SpO2 tracker, heart rate monitor, sleep/stress tracking function, 10 “professional” exercise modes, and automatic detection of 6 of them are all included. Other notable features include a customizable watch interface, regular support for smartphone notifications, and music playback control.
In his Honor Band 6 review, a tech-related kol had different opinions on this fitness tracker. He praised the price tag, battery life, and screen, but regretted the number of tracking-related errors, the low number of sports modes, and the lack of GPS. However, he suggested that if you want a cheap, basic tracker, rather than a wearable device that really focuses on fitness, it is worth buying.
